Do I need a membership to use these widgets?
No. The widget bundle is a direct download and requires no membership or subscription to use.
Do you still have MuseThemes memberships?
No, MuseThemes memberships are no longer available. If you are an existing member, your membership will not renew when it expires, and you will not be charged again.
I just bought a membership. Can I get a refund?
Yes. We will offer refunds for memberships purchased after May 1, 2025. Please contact us to request a refund.
Do you still sell single widgets?
No, single widget sales are no longer available. The only way to purchase a widget is to purchase the bundle, which includes all 250+ widgets in our collection.
Do you still sell templates?
No, templates are no longer available.
Will you still offer Technical Support?
Yes. We still offer basic technical support on our widgets. But please keep in mind that our Support team can no longer access the Muse app. So we may not be able to troubleshoot deeper cases.
Why is Muse no longer working?
Adobe ended support for the Muse app in 2018. Many designers continued to use Muse without issue for several years. Adobe also included Muse in its Creative Cloud All Apps plan, as long as you selected to “include older apps” when searching. But now in 2025, Muse is no longer available in any Creative Cloud plan, and operating system updates (on both Mac and PC) have created incompatibilities with the Muse app software. If you’re running a modern computer with an updated OS, Muse will likely not work for you.
But Muse is working fine for me!
If you’re still able to open and run Muse, it means that you already have the app installed on your computer, and your operating system is not running the latest version. Also, if you’re on an older computer, it may run Muse perfectly fine. As long as you don’t change anything (your computer or OS), it may run fine that way for a long time.
If Muse doesn’t work anymore, why are you selling your widgets?
We’d like to continue supporting those that are able to still run the Muse app – even if it’s just to safely export the site elsewhere. Our bundle is priced at a greatly discounted rate.
Is the site porting process automatic?
Unfortunately, no. There is no way to automatically port sites out of Adobe Muse. If you would like to port your site out of Muse, we offer site porting services. When we port a site, we rebuild the site in our new site editor, Without Code.
Is it expensive to port a site?
Porting a site using our services comes in well below market rates for site builds. Our pricing is based on a base rate for the site, plus per-page fees for larger sites beyond 5 pages. Complete our form for a free quote.
Can I port my site somewhere else, besides Without Code?
We only offer porting services to Without Code.
Is hosting included when I port my site?
Yes. Ported sites require a hosting plan, and use the most powerful hosting platform in the world: AWS.
